Thank you for coming to salon du sake.

Hello everyone!

I am Hiroshi Nakagawa, in charge of shitatari, a new way to drink sake.

I was in Paris, France for three days from September 28th to September 30th to participate in the “salon du sake 2024”, a sake event.

It was our first experience to participate in an exhibition overseas.

We actually had a tasting of chilled sake and received various comments.

Stainless steel has a high coefficient of thermal expansion, so when cold sake is poured into it, it quickly cools and assimilates with the temperature of the sake.

This means that when you pour cold sake into the cup, it immediately cools and becomes the same temperature as the sake, so you can feel the sensation of touching the sake directly with your hand, and when you bring it to your mouth, you can directly feel the mild smell and coldness of the sake, which is a different sensation from what you have experienced before.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for coming.

Best regards,
Hiroshi Nakagawa
